Really Rogers? After 8 months of leaving Rogers and being their 1.5G internet customer for four consecutive years(now with 1.5G Bell for $50 monthly), they sent me a pamphlet today saying $50 for 24 months, subject to price increase for 1.5G service? Are you kidding me, Rogers? Neither you nor your Zedd solutions, nor your president office, nor your retention department got my warnings on quitting your service in favor of the Bell. I started with you four years ago for 45 bucks/monthly and you gradually increased it to 85 bucks until Bell finally arrived. Seems Rogers higher-ups' luxurious yachts have high maintenance fees. Do you recall your massive outage back in July 2022? Did Bell have the same outage that time?

Which number did you call?

I subscribe to only the Rogers legacy cable service and the offers I got from Rogers to switch to Ignite are not so great. Would I be able to contact Zedd for a bundle package or do they deal only with Internet plans?

They will, my wife just did for her parent's cable and Internet service. Make sure you tell them that you get a better offer from Bell, this seems to be the quickest way for them to pull off their best offer.

I contacted Rogers live chat today for two of the accounts I look after and was able to get the Ignite 1.5 Gigabit plan for $44.99 after $80 off on the original price for both. I didn't have any promotions expiring yet but just decided to see what's available right now.
Update: I was able to get the Ignite 2.5 Gigabit plan for my wife's condo at $54.99 also located in Markham.
Is this running on coax cable? I had the ignite 500 when I was with Rogers and it was terrible! I have Bell Fibre now and it's much better!

That is their Corporate website. They provide call center solutions to business.
No access for Rogers customers there.

I was offered $64.99 for 500MB by first rep、after I told the rep Bell "offered" me $45 for 1.5GB. It took him 5 mins to "check" and come back with $45 1.5BG offer. Hope this help.

Went on Rogers Live chat today. Currently a Fido customer at 42.50 a month. I only asked if they had any internet plans and they immediately gave 44.99 for 24 months.

For those using the XB7/XB8 modems, please could you confirm what sort of power supply they have? Is it DC? what's the voltage rating?
TIA

Switching over from Carrytel, will need to call them in the morning to cancel now that I'm up and running.
Thanks for all the great posts here! Cheers all
How much time did it take to switch from the carrytel?
BTW is modem free with Rogers? carrytel offered 1GB plan for the same amount, but are asking 75$ deposit for that + 10$ plan transfer fee.

Super quick - had a great agent, in total like 20 minutes or so to get it all taken care of. They didn't cancel my Carrytel, was just getting the account set up and all that. Got the modem next day, installed in minutes and then once I was happy called Carrytel to cancel. They proceeded to offer me the 1 GB plan for 50 bucks, so more than what I am paying with Rogers for the 1.5 GB plan to stay. But after 2 rate hikes with Carrytel I said See Ya Later, not paying you guys MORE to stay.
Modem is included in the price with Rogers. 45 + tax per month all in.
