Can I just pick up my package from UPS? ›

If you want to pick up your package at a UPS Customer Center, your request must be received by 7 p.m. If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point^® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days.

To collect your parcel from a UPS Access Point™ location you must present a government-issued photo ID or a parcel release code* or PIN code**.
