It is found in the Echoing Ruins region after unlocking the Delphic Visor. As with some other weapon unlocks, the Coilspine Shredder does not have a 100% spawn rate, and may take multiple attempts for it to appear.

The Returnal best weapons are probably the Carbine, Blaster and Electropylon driver, all of which are versatile and deadly in the right hands.

Rotgland Lobber is a bioengineered weapon found in Returnal. It is similar to a grenade launcher that fires arcing poison projectiles (reapplying poison with this weapon does not make the poison stack, but does refresh the poison's duration).

As mentioned above, the weak point for Nemesis is very small, especially when you're far away from the boss in the second and third phases. Moreover, you have to dodge a lot of attacks, which forces you to move constantly and makes it harder to aim. This is why Rotgland Lobber is one of the best weapons against him.

The carbine is best, as it has a high DPS for a weapon in the first biome, and it won't need to recharge as often. You'll tear through Phrike's three phases if you aim well and land all of your shots.
